UPRISING
This series of ten wall sculptures explores the experience of ascension on personal and communal levels, hearkening to the ordeals and brilliance of spiritual practice, as well as the struggles of social movements and the evolution of collective consciousness. The same story is told in ten different variations, drawing out nuances of the narrative and poetic associations.
